As a Technical Commercial Assistant at ASaP, you will be an essential part of our sales and procurement back‑office. Your day‑to‑day activities will include customer contact, cost‑price calculations, quotation preparation, spare‑parts support, and assistance with purchasing. Your Role

The Technical Commercial Assistant supports the sales team by ensuring smooth sales operations and procurement. You will manage back‑office tasks such as cost‑price calculations, quotation generation, and spare‑parts inquiries. By handling customer requests and streamlining processes across departments, you enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform system calculations to determine customer needs and provide customized solutions.
• Prepare cost‑price calculations for custom solutions in consultation with customers.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries to maintain high satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage accurate, timely quotations.
• Register new and outstanding offers in the ERP system.
• Organize project documentation and keep it up to date.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and process orders for timely fulfillment.
• Track data in an orderly manner.
• Support purchasing activities for efficient supply chain and inventory management.
• Coordinate between departments and manage resources effectively.
• Utilize strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
