You'll work closely with the Head of Finance for Logistics EU, who'll act as your mentor — while you also give real support back to them. You'll be a genuine cultural bridge, bringing awareness and managing relationships across teams, and you'll get hands-on with real operations, not mundane tasks. * **Provide functional support** to the Finance Business Partner team - managing reporting, running small projects and collaborating with stakeholders across the Logistics business* **Cross cultural working** - Lead meetings and improve ways of working between Chinese and Non-Chinese stakeholders* **Analytics** - Whilst this isn't an analyst role we'll be needing your help to managing reporting and stakeholder communication. Understanding data trends and turning them into insight is key for the running of the team. **About you** We're not looking for someone who's done it all before — what matters most is your mindset and motivation: * **Fluent in Mandarin and English** - able to communicate fluently in both languages in a professional setting.* **A data-led, analytical mindset** — comfortable with numbers, finance concepts and data (we're not needing accountants though)* **Cultural awareness** - You have a deep understanding of Chinese and European cultures.
