Responsibilities

• Operations Support: assist the Station Supervisor with daily delivery station ops.
• Junior Leadership: shadow the supervisor guiding a team of associates during shifts.
• Data & Performance Tracking: monitor KPIs and propose data-driven improvements.
• Team Communication: conduct daily stand-ups and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: coordinate with transport and customer service on issues.
