JD.com Inc. is offering a part-time Operations Internship at the JD Young (JDY) program in Amsterdam. You will work with the delivery station team, shadow supervisors, and gain hands-on experience in daily operations, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

The program runs 3–6 months with a focus on learning by doing, data-driven thinking, and developing leadership skills in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the listed fields and graduating in 2026/2027.
• No extensive work experience required; strong proactivity and willingness to take responsibility.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, physical environment with changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with fluent English; knowledge of Dutch, Chinese or French is a plus for coordination.

Responsibilities

• Operations Support: Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations of the delivery station.
• Junior Leadership: Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team during shifts.
• Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
• Team Communication: Lead daily stand-ups and ensure frontline staff follow safety and quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with transport network and customer service to resolve delivery issues.
