Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.**What You Will Do*** **Operations Support:** Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations of delivery station.* **Junior Leadership:** Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.* **Data & Performance Tracking:** Monitor daily station KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and suggest data-driven process improvements.* **Team Communication:** Help conduct daily team briefings (Stand-ups) and ensure all frontline staff follow safety, quality, and compliance standards.* **Cross-Functional Liaison:** Coordinate with the transport network and customer service teams to resolve real-time delivery exceptions and tracking issues.**About You*** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Data Science and will graduate in 2026/2027* No extensive work experience required, but a strong \"can-do\" attitude, proactivity, and willingness to take on responsibility are a must.* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and physical environment where priorities change quickly.* Strong interpersonal skills with fluent English (knowledge of Chinese, Dutch or French is a major plus for coordination).*At JD.com, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every voice counts and every talent belongs.
