Job summary

JD.com Inc. in Rotterdam offers the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, a 3-6 month, hands-on opportunity for early-career talent to work on real projects and responsibilities within a global business.

You will gain practical experience in market research, lead generation, outreach, CRM coordination, and relationship management while collaborating with experienced teams across our network.

About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3-6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

1. Market Research & Lead Generation: Research industry trends, source and screen potential prospects via LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other channels, and build and maintain the lead database.

2. Outreach & Communication: Conduct initial outreach via cold calls, emails, or social media to schedule business meetings.

3. Business Support & Coordination: Assist in customer negotiations, organize client profiles, maintain and update the CRM system, and perform basic sales data analysis.

4. Relationship Management: Maintain existing partner relationships and promptly address clients’ basic needs.
