Summa Limited B. V. is seeking a Systems & IT Support Administrator to join our Amsterdam team, focusing on maintaining IT infrastructure and user support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Windows and Linux administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365
• Experience scripting in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Perl
• Familiar with Gitlab and Ansible
• Virtualization and networking concepts knowledge

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT infrastructure including Windows/Linux desktops and laptops
• Provide hardware setup and user support
• Install software and drivers as needed
• Diagnose and repair OS, software, and hardware issues
• Manage Windows and Active Directory administration tasks
• Document processes and automate tasks
• Maintain hardware inventory and support requests
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation
