Job summary

Customs Support Group B.V. (CSG Benelux) is seeking an IT Support & Systems Administrator to be the first point of contact for IT questions and issues, while helping manage our workplace environment and collaborate with external IT partners across Belgium and the Netherlands.

You will support users, deploy hardware, and contribute to IT improvements. Responsibilities include handling helpdesk tickets, supporting Microsoft 365 services, and ensuring data security and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or workplace management.
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
• A structured, customer-focused approach to your work.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, workplace and network-related issues.
• Deliver end-user training and guidance to improve digital skills and self-sufficiency.
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, workstations and peripherals across locations in Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Intune.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, device enrolment and access rights.
