Job summary

Studyportals is hiring an IT Support Intern in Eindhoven to support internal IT operations and help colleagues work efficiently with technology.

You will gain hands-on experience in a cloud-only Microsoft environment and contribute to AI adoption across the organization.

Requirements include studying or recent graduation from an IT-related MBO program, English proficiency, and availability 4–5 days/week for 5 months, starting September or October.

As an IT Support Intern, you will support our internal IT operations and help colleagues (our everyday superheroes) work efficiently, securely, and confidently with technology.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience in a cloud‑only Microsoft environment, while contributing to real improvements in how we work and adopt AI.

Your day to day responsibilities

You will:

• Support the IT helpdesk by resolving user issues and service requests
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
• Manage identities and access in Microsoft Entra ID (cloud‑only)
• Support device management via Microsoft Intune
• Maintain and improve IT documentation and knowledge bases
• Help colleagues understand IT solutions in a simple, user‑friendly way
• Contribute to maintaining a secure IT environment (cybersecurity focus)
• Explore and support AI use cases within the organization

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and workstations while supporting IT operations

During your internship, you can work on:

• Developing an AI adoption framework to help employees integrate AI into their daily work
• Exploring how tools like Microsoft Copilot can improve workflows
• Researching how to scale AI adoption across teams

You’ll be encouraged to act as an AI champion, bringing new ideas and experimentation into the organization.

You:

• Are currently studying or have recently graduated from an MBO program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Final‑year students (graduation phase) are also welcome to apply.
• Are currently in the Netherlands as you need to be present at our Eindhoven office to ensure the smooth flow of processes.
• Available 4-5 days a week for at least 5 months.
• Are proficient in English and have great English writing skills (no Dutch required).
• Have an interest in cloud technologies and Microsoft 365
• Enjoy helping people and have a strong problem solving mindset
• Can explain complex IT topics in clear, simple English
• Are proactive, curious, and not afraid to take initiative
• Are interested in cybersecurity and modern workplace technologies

• Interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Entra ID, Intune, M365)

• Monthly allowance of €600
• Full‑time internship (5-6 months) with a starting date in September or October
