Job summary

Studyportals is hiring an IT Support Intern in Eindhoven to support internal IT operations and help colleagues work efficiently with technology.

You will gain hands-on experience in a cloud-only Microsoft environment and contribute to AI adoption across the organization.

Requirements include studying or recent graduation from an IT-related MBO program, English proficiency, and availability 4–5 days/week for 5 months, starting September or October.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated from an MBO program in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Final-year students are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support IT helpdesk by resolving user issues and service requests.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding employees.
• Manage identities and access in Microsoft Entra ID (cloud-only).
• Support device management via Microsoft Intune.
• Maintain IT documentation and knowledge bases.
• Explain IT solutions in clear, simple English.
• Contribute to securing IT environment with cybersecurity focus.
• Explore and support AI use cases within the organization.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and workstations.
