Nedap is offering an Microsoft Administrator Internship in Groenlo, Netherlands. You will contribute to managing, improving, and future-proofing our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring a secure, stable, and user-friendly digital workplace for all Nedap employees across office, production locations, and home setups.

You will work on Intune/device management, Microsoft 365, Teams, and identity & access, while focusing on usability to ensure solutions truly work for colleagues.

Microsoft Administrator Internship (Feb. 2027): As an Intern Microsoft Administrator within the Modern Workplace team, you will contribute to managing, improving, and future-proofing our Microsoft 365 environment. You help create a digital workplace that is secure, stable, and user-friendly for all Nedap employees - from office to production locations and home workplaces.

What are you going to do?

You will work on topics such as Intune/device management, Microsoft 365, Teams, and identity & access. In doing so, you will not only focus on technology, but also on usability: how do we ensure solutions truly work for colleagues?

Your responsibilities

Contribute to the management of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)

Support: device management (Intune)

Think along: about automation and standardization of workplaces

Collaborate with other IT teams such as Security and AI Ops

Take ownership of small improvement initiatives within the Modern Workplace

You will join the Modern Workplace team, where we focus on creating a digital work environment that enhances collaboration, autonomy, and innovation. We work closely with the other value streams: Security Core & Resilience and AI Ops & Automation.
