Job summary

Nedap Beveiligingstechniek B.V. in Groenlo is seeking an Intern Microsoft Administrator to join the Modern Workplace team. What are you going to do?

As an Intern Microsoft Administrator within the Modern Workplace team, you will contribute to managing, improving, and future-proofing our Microsoft 365 environment. You help create a digital workplace that is secure, stable, and user-friendly for all Nedap employees - from office to production locations and home workplaces.

You will work on topics such as Intune/device management, Microsoft 365, Teams, and identity & access. In doing so, you will not only focus on technology, but also on usability: how do we ensure solutions truly work for colleagues?

Your responsibilities

• to the management of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
• device management (Intune)
• with other IT teams such as Security and AI Ops
• of small improvement initiatives within the Modern Workplace

Your team

You will join the Modern Workplace team, where we focus on creating a digital work environment that enhances collaboration, autonomy, and innovation. We work closely with the other value streams: Security Core & Resilience and AI Ops & Automation.

Within the team, we combine technical expertise with a strong focus on employee experience. We don't just build solutions - we also ensure they are successfully adopted within the organization. Required Skills

• Education: You are currently enrolled in an HBO (Bachelor’s level) IT program (e.g. Computer Science, ICT)
