Job Summary

Supermicro is seeking a Service Technician (ST) responsible for field work in the local area. The ST will work majority of time at our Supermicro office location, with occasional travel to customer sites to resolve and repair server systems. The ST is a critical part of post‑sales support and must demonstrate exceptional technical aptitude with server products in addition to excellent interpersonal skills. We look for individuals who enjoy problem solving and working as part of a larger team.
