Job summary

Ace & Tate zoekt een Retail Support & Operations Intern voor zes maanden op ons hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam. De rol is fulltime en direct inzetbaar, met als doel impact te maken binnen Ace & Tate als B Corp.

Je behandelt ticketing, maakt operationele rapportages en ondersteunt merchandising-asset requests. Ook beheer je winkelvoorraad en voer je wekelijks een on-site winkelbezoek uit om processen te verbeteren.

Qualifications

• Bij voorkeur recent afgestudeerd in Business, Retail Management of gerelateerd veld.
• Ervaring in een retail-omgeving is een pré.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatorisch talent.

Responsibilities

• Behandel Retail Support-tickets en los ze tijdig en accuraat op.
• Maak en onderhoud operationele rapportages en verbeter kennisbank.
• Coördineer requests voor Visual Merchandising- assets en volg de distribution.
• Beheer winkelbenodigdheden en toezicht op het automatiseringsproject voor replenishment.
• Optimaliseer Back-of-House layouts en bezoek wekelijks één winkel ter verbetering van operationele flow.

This position is full-time and available ASAP at our HQ in Amsterdam for a period of 6 months!

• Handle Retail Support tickets , ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Produce and maintain operational reports , focusing on ticket resolution efficiency and knowledge-base training for store teams.
• Coordinate all Visual Merchandising asset requests , distribution, and tracking.
• Manage store supplies , including oversight of the automation project aimed at streamlining replenishment.
• Optimize Back-of-House layouts across stores , including one on-site store visit per week to assess and improve operational flow.
