Suitsupply is seeking a Head of IT to lead and evolve the technology landscape for a fast‑moving, global fashion company. You will shape the IT strategy, oversee complex projects, and drive digital transformation while ensuring secure, scalable infrastructure and effective collaboration across departments.

The role requires strong IT leadership, deep knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise software, and a proven ability to deliver in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive experience in IT management of Stores or multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise software systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with Suitsupply's business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee planning, implementation, and management of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance business operations, customer experiences, and overall efficiency.
• Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud services.
• Monitor and optimize IT systems performance, addressing issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of enterprise software systems, ensuring seamless integration across the organization.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies and protocols to protect the organization's data and systems.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, encouraging the team to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
• Oversee the procurement and management of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs, ensuring technology solutions support business goals.
