The Head of IT at Suitsupply in Amsterdam leads the technology function to align with business strategy and global operations. You will shape the IT roadmap, oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation while guiding a high-performing team.

We seek an experienced IT executive with a track record delivering complex projects, managing budgets, and collaborating across departments to enable growth and excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science required with several years of IT leadership.
• Experience leading IT in stores or retail environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with Suitsupply's business objectives.
• Oversee planning, implementation, and management of IT projects and initiatives.
• Lead digital transformation to improve operations and customer experiences.
• Ensure stability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, databases, cloud).
• Monitor IT performance and minimize downtime through proactive optimization.
• Oversee enterprise software deployment and integration across the organization.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies and data protection protocols.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.
• Oversee procurement and management of IT assets and licenses.
• Collaborate with departments to address IT needs and enable business goals.
