• Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and cloud services.


• Monitor and optimize IT systems performance, addressing any issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.


• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of enterprise software systems, ensuring seamless integration across the organization.


• Develop and enforce IT security policies and protocols to protect the organization's data and systems.


• Promote a culture of continuous learning, encouraging the team to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.


• Oversee the procurement and management of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.

Who you are
