Job summary

A2G Consulting (A2G Technologies) is seeking an IT Service Governance & CMDB Process Specialist to strengthen operational governance, improve data quality, and drive continuous improvement across OT service delivery.

You will develop SOPs, administer ServiceNow, manage Planon workflows, create dashboards and KPIs, and lead CMDB data quality initiatives while supporting ITIL-based processes and governance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• ServiceNow process administration.
• ServiceNow reporting and dashboarding.
• CMDB governance and data quality management.
• ITIL v4 Foundation or equivalent ITIL process management knowledge.
• Process design, mapping, and documentation.
• SOP and L5 procedure development.
• Operational governance frameworks and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, Level 5 (L5) procedures, and operational documentation.
• Administer ServiceNow processes and maintain operational workflows and knowledge repositories.
• Create and manage ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor operational performance.
• Establish CMDB governance standards and data quality controls.
• Drive CMDB completeness and accuracy improvement initiatives.
• Support governance reviews, audits, and compliance assessments.
• Document and optimize ServiceNow and Planon operational workflows.
• Support ITIL-based processes, including change management, configuration management, service transition, and service acceptance.
• Identify process gaps and lead CSI initiatives.
• Ensure documentation and processes comply with organizational standards and governance requirements.

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Your Profile & DNA:
