Sia is seeking a Program Manager to lead and deliver complex programs, building strong relationships and delivering results. The role requires a Master’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, including ERP implementations (SAP/Oracle).

You will manage a team of project managers and report progress to senior management, while developing expertise in data and AI topics. You will have the opportunity to work from our Amsterdam office or remotely, within an international environment that

Qualificações

• Master's degree or equivalent in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience; experience managing complex programs preferred.
• Analytical mind with ability to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
• Experience with ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong interest in data and AI topics; quickly build expertise and help clients leverage opportunities.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

• Leading the initiation, definition and implementation of the program.
• Building a program roadmap and ensuring that it is realized.

You have a Master's degree applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics.

You have 3+ years relevant working experience and if possible experience in managing complex programs.

Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.

Experience with ERPs implementation (e.g. SAP, Oracle...).

You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you're excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.

Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.

Strong leadership skills.
