Job summary

Royal IHC is seeking a Project Manager IT to translate business needs into well-structured IT projects. You will manage a portfolio of medium-sized initiatives across IT, applications, and integrations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver practical outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
Experience with application, integration, or system improvement projects.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, activities, planning, budget, deliverables, and required resources with stakeholders.
Bring together project teams across IT, business functions, and external vendors to keep delivery moving.
Monitor progress, manage risks and resources, and take corrective actions when needed.
Help teams navigate changes in scope, priorities, and requirements without losing sight of the end result.
Provide clear steering information on progress, risks, budget, quality, and outcomes.
Create clarity through proper project governance, documentation, and handover.
Support the improvement of our portfolio management process, including the preparation of business cases for new initiatives.
