Responsibilities

• Lead customer and vendor integration projects from initiation through go-live.
• Own project scope, timeline, governance, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Translate approved business cases into executable project plans.
• Coordinate delivery across development, product, solution architecture and operations.
• Lead testing, deployment, go-live, and handover to support.
