Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience leading people, development and performance conversations.
• Experience designing and implementing a future way of working focused on value and impact.
• Understanding value streams, roadmaps, and sprints, plus IT-business collaboration.
• Ability to take initiative, move through change, and guide stakeholders responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams on collaboration, workload, and everyday conversations.
• Advise IT Manager on personnel decisions outside your mandate.
• Explore roles with Value Stream Leads and Product Owners.
• Help stakeholders collaborate and create value when challenges arise.
• Turn insights into proposals for the future with IT and HR.
