Job summary

Nedap is seeking an Interim People Captain for IT in Groenlo. You will support the IT department, coaching leaders and teams, and shaping a new people leadership approach within Nedap’s digital operating model.

You’ll work with the IT Manager, Value Stream Leads, Product Owners, and HR to embed people and performance enablement in daily IT work and review rhythms. You will collaborate with HR and leadership to design and implement the future structure, while ensuring clear mandate boundaries and
