Job summary

Zoku, Amsterdam, is seeking an IT Lead to own the end-to-end IT function for an international hospitality group. You will partner with the Application Manager, MSP, suppliers and operations to deliver a secure, scalable tech experience across Europe.

You will shape technology plans, policies and standards, govern budgets and licenses, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring security and compliance. Travel to Zoku properties in Europe is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing MSPs and external IT vendors.
• Ability to define and govern IT strategy, security policies and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and device management.

Responsibilities

• Own IT roadmap, budget and licensing landscape.
• Manage MSP relationships, SLAs and supplier performance.
• Lead selection, implementation and optimization of digital tools.
• Drive IT security posture and GDPR/PCI DSS compliance.
• Coordinate annual on-site IT audits across properties.
