Swisscom is offering an IT Internship in Rotterdam, Netherlands, focused on an AI Agent for Automated Cloud Incident Response. You will join an international team spanning Switzerland, Rotterdam and Riga, contributing to Swisscom’s digital transformation.
You will gain hands-on experience with Python microservices on ECS Fargate, an AWS-native AIOps agent (Bedrock) and a live dashboard, tackling Cloud/DevOps and Generative AI challenges in an Agile setup.

Our internship program starts on 1st February 2027. In this 6 months internship you will work in agile teams using Scrum and SAFe, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced and supportive environment.
Build features for an AWS-native AIOps agent that helps Site Reliability Engineers respond to incidents faster. You will work with Python microservices on ECS Fargate, a Large Language Model agent (Amazon Bedrock), and a live dashboard. Tackle real challenges in Microservices, Cloud, DevOps and Generative AI: alert ingestion, pattern detection, automated runbooks and root‑cause analysis. Modern stack, real users, real impact.

Please note that for non‑EU students, it is necessary to provide the NUFFIC Agreement for the 6‑month internship from your university in order to be eligible.
