Bugaboo Group in Amsterdam is seeking an IT Support Intern to join the IT team. The role provides hands-on IT support, system administration exposure, and practical experience in a dynamic environment.

The internship offers a monthly stipend and commuting reimbursement, with a focus on learning and growth while supporting end-users and IT operations.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues through Jira, phone, email, and in-person support.
• Support end-users with software applications, including MS Office, Apple Devices, and internal tools.
• Document technical issues and solutions in the IT support ticketing system.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining IT assets, including inventory management.
• Support IT security initiatives, including system updates, antivirus checks, and user access management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the IT team.

Please note that you need to be enrolled as a student at a Dutch educational institution for the duration of the internship. The internship can only start with their written permission before the start date.
