Job summary

Openclaims is seeking a motivated student for a six-month Software Development Internship in Amsterdam. You will develop new features, drive enhancements with the team, and contribute to an evolving development cycle. You will also have time to explore your own side projects while learning new technologies.

We value collaboration, rapid delivery, and a hands-on approach to modern web tech. You will work in an international, young team and gain practical experience across frontend and backend

Qualifications

• Currently a final year student in computer science or related field (HBO/WO).
• Interest in HTML, CSS and JavaScript and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Able to contribute to front-end or back-end discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features for the platform and improve service for stakeholders.
• Initiate and conduct functional and technical enhancements with the team.
• Contribute to an improving development process cycle.
• Work on personal side projects during the internship.

• Developing new features for our platform and continuously endeavoring to improve our service provided to internal and external stakeholders

• Initiating and conducting functional and technical enhancements to the platform together with the team

• Being a contributing member of a continuously improving development process cycle

• Spending time on your own side projects

YOU…

• are a student in the final yearof computer science/Informatica or related(HBO/WO)

• are not afraid to wrestle with new technologies and you have sufficient vigour and persuasion to learn and master them

• have an affinity for (model-driven) development and business engineering

• have knowledge of (or are eager to learn about) HTML, CSS and Javascript

• can tell us the importance of a good front-end or back-end

• are available for six consecutive months

• are currently residing in the Netherlands
