Job summary

Bynder is seeking an IT Engineering intern to join their dynamic Global IT Team. The intern will tackle day-to-day IT challenges and contribute to enhancing the IT landscape within the organization.

Responsibilities include assisting users with macOS, troubleshooting Cisco network issues, and maintaining G-suite environments. Applicants must be fluent in English, enrolled in a Dutch university, and available for a 6-month full-time internship starting in September 2026.

About the role:

We are looking for our new IT Engineering intern, who will work with the Global IT Team for all the IT needs so you will know Bynder inside out! You will have a wide range of tasks, from solving day-to-day problems to developing the IT landscape within the organization. You will provide ideas and solutions to create a smoother working IT system. Your direct colleagues will be our Head of IT and the whole IT team for knowledge sharing and guidance. What you will do:

• Help users with problems with their IT work environment (mainly macOS).
• Troubleshoot network issues (mainly Cisco).
• Configure and maintain our G‑suite and SSO environments.
• Assist with webinars and global meetings.
• Setup and maintain all IT equipment.
• Take part in the asset management lifecycle (provision, maintain, restore, etc).
• Simplify our identity and access management infrastructure (SSO).
• Work in our Amsterdam office.

What you have:

• You need to be available for a 6 months full‑time internship starting from September 2026.
• You follow an education in IT or in a related field.
• You need to be fluent in English.
• You possess top‑notch communication skills in speaking and in writing.
• You have an undying motivation to help and learn new things.
• Four day a‑week in office, with 5th day on request, if needed.
• You need to be enrolled in a Dutch university throughout the whole duration of the internship.
• You need to be based in The Netherlands already.

Nice to haves:

• You are a motivated, proactive, independent, and organized self‑starter.
• You are service oriented and have excellent troubleshooting skills.
• It will be considered a plus, if you have any experience working with G‑suite, Okta, and Apple devices.
