Job summary

Qualogy is seeking an experienced Senior IT Integrator to lead a high-paced customer migration within a major Business Banking transformation. The role requires coordinating across Business, IT and Architecture in a highly regulated banking environment to scale a national platform into a reusable solution for multiple countries.

You will drive complex, cross-domain delivery, manage dependencies, and ensure executive reporting on progress, risks, and migration readiness in a time-critical setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Integration / Program or Project Management in complex environments.
• Experience with customer migrations in banking (critical).
• Strong understanding of banking systems and processes (preferably Business Banking).
• Experience delivering in international Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Migration Delivery: Own delivery of customer migration including planning, cutover strategy, rehearsal and execution.
• Dependency Management: Identify and manage dependencies across systems, teams, and legacy/target landscapes.
• Stakeholder Management: Align a large stakeholder group including senior business and tech leadership.
• Agile Delivery: Operate in an international Agile setup, ensuring structured delivery despite ambiguity.
• Risk & Issue Management: Surface risks early and drive mitigation.
• Integration Oversight: Ensure adherence to architectural standards, integration patterns, and data migration principles.

This role is suitable for freelancers.

We are looking for a Senior IT Integrator to lead high-paced customer migration within a major Business Banking transformation programme, scaling a national platform into a reusable solution for multiple countries. This role will be key to the success of the programme.

You will drive complex, cross-domain delivery across Business, IT, and Architecture in a highly regulated banking environment.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer migration (planning → execution → rollout), ensuring continuity, data integrity, and minimal customer impact
• Coordinate delivery across multiple tribes and systems, managing cross-domain dependencies and risks
• Act as the integrator between business, tech, and data teams to ensure aligned migration approach and sequencing
• Drive decision-making on scope, cutover strategy, and readiness in a high-stakes, time-critical environment
• Ensure clear executive-level reporting on progress, risks, migration readiness, and go/no-go decisions

Your responsibilities

• Strong understanding of banking systems and processes (preferably Business Banking)
• Experience delivering in international Agile environments
• Strong communication skills: able to switch between deep technical detail and executive messaging
• Ability to drive alignment and decisions in complex, political environments
