Job summary

Us3 Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support Dutch digital banking initiatives. You will translate business needs into IT requirements and collaborate with business and technology teams on savings, current accounts, payments, cards and digital banking.

Key duties include creating functional specs and user stories, facilitating workshops, supporting testing and implementation, and ensuring solutions meet Dutch regulations and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Daily Banking, including current accounts, savings, payments and cards.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional requirements and user stories.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working with developers, architects and Product Owners in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting testing and solution implementation.
• Excellent communication, organisation and project/time management skills.
• Experience working with Dutch banking processes, regulations or standards.
