Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support the IT infrastructure needed to start up the Cell Therapy Facility in Leiden. The candidate will collaborate with business partners across the international organization and ensure ongoing support for manufacturing systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and CMDB.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure troubleshooting across networks, servers, HMIs, printers, scanners, switches, firewalls, domains, etc.
• Own IT Lifecycle Management program and roadmap for listed IT Infrastructure.
• Act as CTF IT Cybersecurity Point Of Contact (POC) and lead system patching efforts.
• Monitor, track and reduce ServiceNow tickets related to IT Shared Services.
• Manage spares and inventory for IT Infrastructure.
• Ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operation of manufacturing systems for CAR-T manufacturing.
• Create SOPs, work instructions (WI) and qualification of equipment and documentation.
• Manage shared computers in the Clean Room Area.
