Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is hiring a Technical Lead Manufacturing, Cell Therapy to drive routine manufacturing operations for our cell therapy programs. You will support GMP-compliant production, lead a cross-functional team, and ensure quality and safety across shifts at our Leiden site.

Successful candidates will combine technical expertise with leadership, have strong GMP knowledge, and be able to manage complex investigations while training others in GMP practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• MBO 3/4 in science or equivalent.
• 4+ years of cGMP cell therapy manufacturing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in GMP validation and change controls.

Responsibilities

• Execute SOP and batch-record based operations.
• Lead matrix FLS across QA, QC, F&E, IT, MFG, MSAT, SC&L.
• Manage schedule adherence, deviations, and cross-functional communication.
• Own deviations and leads investigations / CAPA development.
• Lead investigations (medium and high complexity) across unit operations.
• Provide GMP training for operations and batch documentation.
• Ensure GMP documentation and batch records are accurate and controlled.
• Collaborate with managers for pass-downs and handovers.
