Job summary

Monks is seeking an analytically minded IT Finance Analyst to join our London office. You will manage operating budgets, spend allocations, and day-to-day financial administration within the Technology department.

You will coordinate multi-entity IT spend across 30+ entities, work with the Netherlands-based IT Buyer, and use NetSuite to support budget control, PO processing, and intercompany reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial administration with multi-entity cost tracking.
• Strong forecasting, spend management, and variance reporting.
• Experience managing corporate credit card workflows and POs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly multi-entity IT cost allocations across 30+ entities.
• Coordinate IT budget tracking with the Netherlands-based IT Buyer.
• Reconcile IT corporate credit card spending and map to cost codes.
• Draft and raise IT Purchase Orders through approval chains.
• Audit vendor invoices against delivered services; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain rolling forecasts and deliver variance reports to Head of IT.
• Use NetSuite to review ledgers, PO approvals, and intercompany data.
