Job summary

AAP Animal Advocacy and Protection in Almere is seeking an IT Business Partner to strengthen our IT, data and process landscape. You will bridge IT and business needs across departments, driving innovations in data management, cybersecurity and AI.

You will work with the Finance, Control & IT team to professionalize IT policies, manage projects, and support a data‑driven NGO with a growing European footprint. A partial remote option is available with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• HBO/Bachelor IT degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of IT/business experience.
• Experience with IT project management and software implementations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT policy development.
• NGO/foundation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT solutions deployment and process optimization.
• Advise on application landscape and integration across departments.
• Develop data management policies and support data-driven decision making.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and GDPR compliance across the org.
• Translate NGO needs into concrete IT solutions with stakeholders.
