Job summary

WLG in The Hague, Netherlands, seeks an asset management coordinator to run the movement and records of its IT assets. You will receive and dispatch equipment, keep data honest, and turn service requests around quickly within ICT logistics, enterprise asset management tooling, and ITSM processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience of asset management and processing assets in and out.
• Hands-on experience with asset management tooling and ITSM ticketing system.
• Experience of inventory or asset management methods inside an enterprise business application.
• Two years of relevant experience with higher vocational training or four years with secondary qualification.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Desirable: basic IT hardware knowledge, familiarity with logistics regulations in this sector, and experience of an international military and civilian environment.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing assets, keeping the physical reality and the records in step.
• Record and maintain asset data in the asset management tooling.
• Monitor and process incoming service requests through the ITSM ticketing system.
• Support inventory and asset management within an enterprise business application.
• Handle related logistics duties as the work requires.
