Job summary

EMW in The Hague, NL is seeking an IT Logistics Support professional for an on-site, 38-hour work week. The contractor will manage IT asset deliveries, storage, and provisioning to users under SLA, while coordinating inventories with CIS contacts and IT logistics teams.

Candidates should have NATO SECRET clearance and 2 years of post-related experience (or 4 years with secondary education). Strong ITSM, asset management skills, and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Valid NATO SECRET clearance is required.
• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience, or secondary education with 4 years post-related experience.
• Experience in Inventory/Asset Management within an Enterprise system or similar.
• Experience with Asset Management tools for recording and processing assets.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems for monitoring service requests.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.

Responsibilities

• Process IT asset deliveries, storage and shipments.
• Maintain and administer IT assets in the central database.
• Provide IT assets to local customers within SLA.
• Coordinate annual inventory activities with CIS Points of Contact and ICT Logistics team.
• Record CIS equipment discrepancies and report per NCIA directives.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure correct CIS equipment requests meet user needs.
• Assist senior staff and Head ICT Service Centre as required.
• Plan and schedule own work; monitor progress.
• Perform other duties as needed.
