Job summary

dsm-firmenich in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands, seeks a Production Manager to lead both manufacturing plants at the ISOL site and strengthen the Site Management Team. You will oversee manufacturing, safety, quality, and continuous improvement, delivering the plan and driving sustainable growth.

You will coach a team of three team leaders and about 35 operators, manage daily operations and budget, and collaborate on multi-year plans as part of the Site Management Team.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of production teams in a plant environment.
• Experience with SHE and Q best practices in manufacturing.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is expected in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and realize the manufacturing plan and structure the plant organization.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three team leaders and ~35 operators.
• Manage daily operations, production planning, and budget.
• Drive continuous improvement and ownership of the OEE process.
• Contribute to year and multi-year site plans as part of Site Management Team.
• Participate in site calamity on-call duties.
