Job summary

Envu is seeking a Manufacturing Site Director in Wageningen, The Netherlands. The role oversees the In2Care manufacturing site with full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, cost control, and sustainable operations.

The incumbent leads safety, compliance, and a diverse team across production, maintenance, and logistics. The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field, 7+ years in industrial operations, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, chemistry, or business.
• 7+ years in industrial operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the site's full P&L performance and deliver financial targets.
• Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability improvements.
• Develop and manage annual operating plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Lead capacity enhancement and industrialization initiatives to support growth.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across the site.
• Coach and develop site team, manage staffing and training needs.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
