Job summary

Mead Johnson Nijmegen seeks aProduction Manager to lead our Premix, Liquid Process & Spray Dry areas, driving safe, reliable and efficient operations while enabling growth. You will lead production leaders and specialists, translating strategic objectives into tangible shop-floor results.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to achieve world-class performance and support site growth in Nijmegen. Dutch and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven leadership experience within manufacturing/production/operations.
• Experience in regulated industries such as food, dairy, infant nutrition or medical devices.
• Strong track record in operational excellence and people leadership.
• Ability to lead through change and navigate complex operational challenges.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional communication in Dutch and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Premix, Liquid Process & Spray Dry production organization with focus on People, Safety, Quality, Service and Cost performance.
• Deliver production plans and optimize utilization of people, equipment, and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality and operational excellence.
• Develop, coach and empower production leaders and teams to build a high-performance culture.
• Use data, KPIs and insights to identify improvement opportunities and accelerate results.
• Lead problem-solving and decision-making during production challenges and disruptions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support site-wide objectives, investments and transformations.
• Contribute to Nijmegen site's strategic direction as a Leadership Team member.
