Job summary

Everience Benelux is seeking an experienced Risk & Controls Management professional to contribute to assignments in a complex international environment. You will work within established strategies and engage with senior stakeholders to support risk and controls initiatives.

The role requires handling complex information, providing advanced input, and coaching or coordinating others where needed. Dutch language skills are strongly preferred, and English fluency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, Audit or related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent through relevant professional experience.
• Experience working in complex organizational environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required; Dutch language skills are strongly preferred.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Risk & Controls Management professional to contribute to assignments and initiatives in a complex international environment. The successful candidate will work within established strategies, policies, and agreements while exercising a degree of autonomy in adjusting objectives, plans, and priorities as needed. This role requires the ability to work with complex, ambiguous, and incomplete information, provide advanced-level input on assignments and projects, and interact with senior stakeholders across the business. Depending on the assignment, the candidate may also support, coach, or coordinate the work of others.
