Job summary

Everience is seeking an experienced Risk & Controls Management professional to contribute to assignments in a complex international environment. You will work within established strategies, policies, and agreements while influencing objectives and priorities at senior levels. You will gather and analyse information, support governance, compliance, and audit activities, and coach others as needed.

Fluent English is required; Dutch is preferred. An oil & gas background is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Dutch language skills strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
• Experience in risk, controls, governance, compliance, audit or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work within established strategies, policies and agreements.
• Provide advanced input on assignments and initiatives.
• Operate independently with limited supervision.
• Manage complex and ambiguous situations; engage with senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to Risk & Controls activities within the organization.
