Job summary

Abbott in Breda, The Netherlands, is seeking an Inventory Specialist who ensures inventory accuracy, analyzes stock discrepancies, and supports multiple departments with reporting.

You will create KPI reports, conduct root-cause analyses, coordinate cycle counts and stock adjustments, and help drive continuous improvement across Warehouse Operations, Planning, QA, manufacturing sites and Finance.

As an Inventory Specialist, you are the link between data and operations. You ensure inventory accuracy, support multiple departments with analyses and reporting, and investigate discrepancies to identify root causes and prevent recurrence. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed and work closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement.

Location: Breda, The Netherlands.

What will you do?

What do you bring?

• MBO level education.
• Advanced Excel skills and preferably experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• A proactive mindset and a hands‑on attitude.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in logistics or a warehouse environment is a plus.
