Job summary

Hikrobot in the Netherlands seeks an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to oversee day‑to‑day warehouse, inventory and transportation operations. You will ensure accurate records, coordinate inbound and outbound activities, and collaborate with internal teams, third‑party warehouses and logistics providers to ensure smooth, timely operations.

Fluent English is required; Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations.
• Fluent English written and spoken; strong communication skills.
• Chinese language skills are a strong advantage but not required.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system and good working knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process goods receipts, issues and stock transfers in SAP based on inbound/outbound documentation.
• Manage stocktaking and investigate inventory discrepancies; follow up on corrective actions.
• Inspect returned products and maintain inspection records.
• Support inbound/outbound planning and warehouse capacity planning for third-party warehouses.
• Monitor inventory levels and ageing; identify risks and follow up on exceptions.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities and related documentation.
