Job summary

Avantor Nijmegen is seeking a highly organized Logistics Technician to support inventory management and material handling at the client site. You will own replenishment, ordering, warehouse coordination, stock control, and material movement processes to ensure uninterrupted supply for Production and QC.

You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers in a fast-paced, regulated environment, contributing to efficient operations and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, stores, or operations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Keep production and laboratory teams supplied with the materials they need.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and material requests.
• Coordinate warehouse activities, deliveries, and movement of materials across site.
• Maintain accurate stock records and support inventory control processes.
• Support consumables, gowning, and laboratory restocking activities.
• Work closely with Production, QC, Facilities, and external suppliers.
• Help improve logistics, warehouse, and inventory processes.
