Job summary

Arvato in Gennep, Netherlands, is seeking an Inventory Analyst to ensure accurate inventory and smooth stock processes within the Healthcare division. You’ll analyze stock movements, coordinate cycle counts, and collaborate with Operations, Account Management and customers in a cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain or equivalent; relevant field.
• 1–2 years of inventory or stock management experience preferred.
• Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP is a strong plus; familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; Power BI/Visio/MS Teams is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy at operational and system level (SAP).
• Analyze stock movements and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate cycle counts and resolve inventory issues.
• Monitor inventory performance against SLAs and report results.
• Serve as point of contact for Operations, Account Managers and customers.
