Job description

Are you excited to dive into high-tech manufacturing and help scale the supply chain for next-generation quantum technology? At Qblox, we're accelerating the worldwide race to build scalable quantum computers, providing the world's best quantum control stacks. We're not just building hardware; we're building the future.

Where you come in: As our Supply Chain Intern, you'll play a key role in helping us scale the supply chain for our next-generation quantum control hardware. If you love organized data, high-tech manufacturing, and want to see how cutting-edge R&D transitions into a physical, world-class product, this is the place for you. You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams, keeping our pipeline sharp, accurate, and ready for production.

What you'll do:
  • Refine & Maintain BoMs: Review and clean Bills of Materials (BoMs) for our latest Gen2 hardware prototypes to keep our builds running smoothly.
  • Track & Deliver: Follow components end-to-end from purchase order to delivery, ensuring our engineering teams have the critical parts they need right on time.
  • Keep Data Crystal Clear: Maintain accurate pricing, lead times, and supplier information across our internal systems.
  • Analyze & Flag: Monitor project spending and keep a sharp eye on timelines, actively flagging late deliveries and potential bottlenecks.
  • Connect & Support: Collaborate directly with engineers, procurement, and suppliers to keep our prototyping and production pipelines aligned.
Why you'll love it:
  • Front-Row Seat to Innovation: See firsthand how cutting‑edge deep‑tech R&D transforms into real, physical quantum hardware.
  • Drive the Future: Play an active role in building the infrastructure behind the quantum revolution.
  • Collaborate with Brilliance: Work alongside a passionate, world‑class team of engineers, scientists, and supply chain specialists.
  • Real Ownership & Growth: Gain hands‑on experience and take real responsibility in a fast‑paced, hyper‑growth environment.

Enough about us, what about you? To thrive in this role and make an immediate impact, you'll bring:

The Non‑Negotiables:
  • Current Student: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related business field.
  • Meticulous Eye for Detail: You naturally spot discrepancies, missing details, and typos that others overlook.
  • Spreadsheet Power User: Advanced Excel skills (you're fully comfortable with lookups, complex data sets, and clean formatting).
  • Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as you'll be collaborating in an international environment.

Other things that will help you really enjoy the role:

  • Basic understanding or fluency in Dutch is a nice bonus.
  • An affinity for electronics, high‑tech hardware, or complex manufacturing processes.
