Rituals Group seeks a Senior Manager Global Total Rewards to lead pay reporting, EU Pay Transparency implementation, and governance of our global rewards framework from the Amsterdam office. You will co-lead salary and performance review cycles and translate complex regulation into actionable policies.

You bring 8+ years in compensation & benefits or rewards, with strong data analysis, cross-country coordination, and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compensation & benefits or reward consultancy in international organisations.
• Experience delivering global reward projects from design to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Deliver CSRD pay reporting: definitions, data quality, analysis and timely delivery.
• Support EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation with HR, Legal and local countries.
• Contribute to the design and rollout of global recognition programmes and its governance.
• Run benchmarking for global salary review, including guidelines and communication.
• Maintain reward policies and documentation and evolve where needed.
• Prepare data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.

As Senior Manager Global Total Rewards, you translate new European pay legislation into practical, fair and transparent reward practice, and you make sure it lasts.This role sits at the heart of our reward agenda. You take ownership of our CSRD pay reporting and our EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation, and you design the governance that keeps both robust year after year. Alongside this, you colead our global salary and performance review cycle and contribute to the projects on our reward roadmap, from compensation philosophy and pay differentiation to benefits and total reward transparency.Rewards is one of the Centres of Expertise within our global HR team. You work closely with a team of Global Rewards Specialist and report to the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits. Together you act as trusted advisors to the business, HR, Finance and senior leadership.YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIESAs a Senior Manager Global Total Rewards, you will:Deliver our CSRD pay reporting: definitions, data quality, analysis and timely delivery.Support the EUPTD implementation and help embed it in our ways of working, together with HR, Legal and local countries.Contribute to the design of our global recognition programme and support its rollout.Contribute to the redesign of our variable pay, bringing market insight and analysis into the design choices.Run the benchmarking cycle that prepares our global salary review, and support the review process itself; guidelines, communication and execution.Maintain the policies, guidelines and documentation behind our reward decisions, and flag where they need to evolve.Deliver total reward statements, working with countries to collect, validate and align the underlying data.Prepare clear, data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.Develop policy documents and guidelines that managers and employees find easy to use.Support adoption of new reward initiatives through clear communication.We are RitualsWe are more than a brand, we are a global community on a mission to transform everyday routines into meaningful moments. You are as comfortable in the detail as you are explaining it to a country HR lead. With your stakeholder management skills, you bring people along - explaining not just what we are doing, but why it matters.You bring 8+ years of experience in compensation & benefits, reward consultancy or a comparable international reward role, including annual salary and performance review cycles in international organisations, preferably within a Retail or FMCG setting.You successfully deliver global reward projects or workstreams from design through implementation, developing policies, guidelines and supporting documentation that work across multiple countries.You bring expertise in at least three of the following areas: job architecture, compensation philosophy, executive remuneration, variable pay, recognition or benefits design.You have experience with pay transparency and pay reporting, ideally EUPTD and CSRD, including the data and analysis behind it.You are comfortable working across countries to gather, validate and align data, influencing stakeholders without formal authority and turning complex insights into clear recommendations.You are highly analytical, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.You are proactive, solution-oriented, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.You reside in the Netherlands and enjoy working from our Amsterdam office overlooking the canals.INTERESTED?If you are interested in this exciting position and your profile matches the profile we are looking for, we look forward to receiving your application via our website.YOUR PATH TO A NEW CAREERGrow with us!
