Gisou is seeking a Marketing Intern to support our international growth from Amsterdam. You will gain hands-on experience across marketing activations, digital campaigns, and content creation while collaborating with a creative, fast-paced team.

This full-time, onsite internship runs from Feb 1 to Aug 4, 2027. It includes compensation of €450 per month, one remote day per week, lunch, travel allowances, and wellness benefits as part of our supportive, international culture.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Marketing / Communication / Commercial Economics related study.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Demonstrated passion for marketing and beauty.
• Strong understanding of marketing mix and theories.
• Team player with a creative mindset.
• Proactive attitude in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilités

• Track beauty trends, competitor launches and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
• Research competitor pricing, benefits, claims and positioning to support messaging briefs.
• Help develop and execute global brand campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail and experiential channels.
• Assist in creating campaign messaging, PDP briefs, paid ad creation and product storytelling.
• Monitor campaign and sales performance, turning data into insights and action.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to Gisou's international growth by supporting a wide range of marketing activations. You'll gain valuable insights into the beauty industry, develop hands-on experience, and work closely with the team in a collaborative and creative environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Trend & Market Insights: Track beauty trends, competitor launches and consumer insights to identify emerging opportunities that keep us on relevant while staying true to our roots.
• Competitive Positioning: Research competitor pricing, key benefits, claims and positioning to support with messaging and product testing briefs.
• Campaign Support: Assist in developing and executing global brand campaigns that resonate and inspire across digital, social, PR, retail, and experiential channels.
• Content & Copywriting: Support the creation of campaign messaging, PDP briefs, paid ad creation and product storytelling.
• Performance & Analytics: Monitor campaign and sales performance, turning data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Marketing Operations: Support daily team operations including asset organization, product testing, sampling and occasional shipping.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• You are following a Marketing / Communication / Commercial Economics related study.
• You have a passion for marketing and beauty.
• You speak and write fluent English.
• You have an understanding of marketing mix and theories.
• Team player with a creative mindset.
• Go-doer, go-getter attitude to work in a past paced start-up environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Available to complete the Internship Programme from Mon 1st Feb 2027 - Wed 4th Aug 2027.
• You must be looking for aFULL-TIME & ONSITEinternship for 5 months.
• You must have an Internship contract from your School / University and the internship must be integrated into your program of study.
• Available for 5 days per week, from which 4 days on-site in the Amsterdam office.
• Based in Amsterdam or within a reasonable commuting distance of the Amsterdam office.
