Job summary

Gisou is seeking a motivated Influencer & Social Intern to support the Communications team in translating our brand and marketing strategy into concrete concepts and activations. You will help grow our influencer network, craft messages, and assist with community engagement from our Amsterdam office.

The role offers a full-time onsite internship for 6 months, starting Feb 2027, with remote work one day per week and a compensation of €450 per month.

Responsibilities

• Grow Gisou's global influencer network reflecting the brand’s ethics and image.

• Analyze influencer campaign performance using data tracking tools.
• Benchmark competitors on TikTok and Instagram.

• Brainstorm ideas to elevate gifting experiences.
• Craft marketing communications for multiple channels.
• Assist in organizing events like pop-ups.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Influencer & Social Intern’s role is to support the Communications team in translating the brand and marketing strategy into concrete concepts and initiatives. You will be involved in devising and implementing online activations for various channels to increase conversion, customer engagement and reach. You will also organise and support campaigns that engage audiences through influencer partnerships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Grow our global influencer network by finding top content creators that reflect the brand’s ethics and image.

• Manage communications with influencers through quality messages.

• Manage communications with our community through quality messages.

• Research the latest social & influencer trends and find ways to adapt them to Gisou.

• Analyse the performance of influencer campaigns, using data tracking platforms.

• Analyse the performance of competitors on social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Support in the creation of campaign recaps.

• Arrange & send bespoke PR packages.

• Brainstorm ways to elevate the gifting experience.

• Craft marketing communications for various channels (i.e. social media, campaign texts).

• Help organize events such as pop-ups.

• Support on ad hoc communication projects and on daily administrative tasks.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• You are following a Marketing / Communication / Commercial Economics related study.

• You have a passion for online, marketing and beauty.

• You have an eye for detail and are creative and analytical.

• You are resourceful, take initiative and you can easily work independently.

• You are proactive, flexible and take responsibility for the result.

• You can work under pressure and work towards deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Available to complete the Internship Programme from Mon 1st Feb 2027 - Wed 4th Aug 2027.

• You must be looking for a FULL-TIME & ONSITE internship for 6 months.

• You must have an Internship contract from your School / University and the internship must be integrated into your program of study.

• Available for 5 days per week, from which 4 days on-site in the Amsterdam office.

• Based in Amsterdam or within a reasonable commuting distance of the Amsterdam office.

WHAT WE OFFER:
