Job summary

Tivoli Hotels & Resorts Amsterdam is offering a Maintenance internship where you will work with the Engineering team, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of technical tasks behind the scenes.

You’ll contribute to keeping the hotel running smoothly, solve malfunctions, and assist with electrical tasks while developing practical skills in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• You value independence and can work well in a team.
• You are guest‑oriented, collegial, and keep calm under pressure.
• You are flexible regarding working hours and workload.
• You have a good command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help solve technical malfunctions and assist with repairs to equipment, installations, lighting, and sanitary systems.
• Support regular inspections, basic maintenance, and cleaning of kitchen equipment and installations.
• Assist with small electrical tasks such as laying or expanding wiring and cabling.
• Help with general technical assignments around the hotel.
• Keep track of materials and ensure the workspace stays clean and organized.

During your Maintenance internship, you will play an active role in keeping the hotel running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work closely with the Engineering team and gain hands-on experience in a wide range of technical tasks.
